At TexasBuckaroo, we want every order to feel like a little piece of Texas delivered to your door. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work so you always know what to expect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at Hola@texasbuckaroo.com within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be mailed to:

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective items as long as they are:

In new, unused condition

Returned within 30 days

Sent back in original packaging when possible
We also accept exchanges for eligible items.
Return Costs
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Non‑Food Items: Free returns within 30 days. A prepaid return label is provided at no cost.

Food Items: Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Items (All Categories): We provide a free prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
